Mo is a sixteen-year veteran in the restaurant business, having worked for some of the country’s greatest steakhouses. His career has included iconic restaurants such as Lawry’s, The Prime Rib and The Capital Grille. Currently, Mo resides in Frisco, TX where he is the Chef/Founder of Crush Taco, a fast-casual taco concept.
