Mike, third of the four Cole Brothers, is a co-founder and CEO of i Fratelli Pizza. i Fratelli (“the brothers” in Italian) was established in 1987 in Irving, TX. Today, the brand has expanded to include 21 locations throughout DFW, Austin, and Houston. Mike received his Associates's degree in food service operations from El Centro College in Dallas Texas. After working for Brinker International, Hilton Hotels, and Chick-fil-A, he founded i Fratelli Pizza with his brothers.
