Pedro is the CEO and Founder of the fajita delivery chain Fajita Pete’s. After graduating from the University of Houston in 2003, Mora opened a full-service restaurant before realizing the efficiencies and strong economics that came from delivering and catering fresh fajitas to businesses and homes. Fajita Pete’s original location opened in 2008. The brand has experienced rapid growth since then, with 16 locations open in Texas and 4 additional locations set to open in 2020.
