Since launching our new company name, we’ve had questions as to why we rebranded and repositioned. So, we felt it was appropriate to give you a little insight as why we did this.  

 

We have 3 simple reasons. Read on! 

 

1. We’re more than just a POS provider. 

The term “POS” was limiting for us because the reality is we do so much more than just sell POS hardware and software. In practice, we act as a branding partner, business advisor, tech expert and are connected deeply to our restaurateurs’ day to day operations. In the context of a technology partnership, we provide ‘agency-type’ services, but also strategic counsel, consulting services, brainstorming sessions, information gathering, customer service, innovation… and even friendship.

 

2. We changed our brand mission. 

When your mission changes, your brand needs to match up to that mission.  

 

Truthfully, the original brand mission has evolved to meet the needs of the restaurant industry.

 

When you visit our website, you’ll notice a core message that says: “Empowering restaurants with technology that creates amazing guest experiences”. It’s a mission where we want to help you build those relationships with your guests so you can drive repeat business, increase profit margins and generate more revenue all from a digital perspective. 

 

3. We merged.

Well, there was a bit more strategic thought that went into the look and feel of our new brand. But, besides us merging from two companies to one, we felt the visuals were becoming dated and needed a change.  

 

We focused on going deeper with how we can help our customers, as opposed to going wider with just anyone and everyone. 

 

We wanted to have true, meaningful partnership with the people we LOVE to work with.
